For a private client, we designed a new apartmentsbuilding containing four apartments. Two appartments are situated on the ground level, the other two are situated on the first floor. The two apartments situated on the first floor also have a bedroom located underneath the roof on the second story which makes it duplex apartments. This buildingblock is situated in the town called Sint Niklaas in Belgium.
